Domus Nova Bethlem is an elegant, quiet hotel with a range of commodities and high-quality facilities. The staff are at your disposal throughout your stay at the hotel. They will be able to give you suggestions for places to visit, provide directions, and help you buy tickets for religious and sports events.

We invite you to sample traditional Roman cuisine at our restaurant, which has a breakfast room and a view on the inner pergola courtyard.

There is also a church and a museum inside the Domus, and these can be visited by appointment. The hotel restaurant serves both traditional Italian cuisine and international cuisine. A rich breakfast buffet including bread, pastries, savories, cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurt and fruit juices is served in a cozy, reserved room. Tea, coffee, hot milk and cappuccino are also served by the staff.

The Domus Nova Bethlem also has two rooms for business meetings, conferences and exhibitions, as well as a fully-equipped room for training courses.

Guests can park their cars in the hotel’s private parking lot in the inner courtyard.

Restaurant

The restaurant offers a different fixed menu every day including three first courses, three second courses and three side dishes.

Opening times: 7:30pm to 9:30pm. You are advised to make dinner reservations at the time of check-in.

Sample menu

First course

Pasta alla gricia (pasta with cured pork cheek and grated pecorino cheese) or fettuccine with tomato sauce or pasta with tuna

Second course

Breaded veal cutlet or lemon veal cutlet or assorted cold cuts and cheeses

Side dish

Buttered spinachs or chips or seasonal salad
Fruit in season
